A lot of people start climbing with bouldering for reasons such as no partner is needed. No partner is needed, but it can also be more dangerous because there is no rope. If you go boulder climbing, you will need to know how to fall. When you fall, you want to immediately bend your knees, squat down, and roll from your bottom and then to your back. Make sure you do not brace your fall with your arms, if you do that, you risk the chance of breaking or spraining your arm.
